often in civilized countries, we presume people's innocence before damming them as guilty It’s essential for the credibility of both the accuser & the accused if too many people like Amber Heard or people like Jessi Smolet go on about their victimization and we as the public instantly side with someone because no one wants anyone to be abused or rapped, but if we jump to conclusions without facts that are often not presented in the media we end up shutting our mind down
